A Stack section must contain the following string attribute:
modules |
a comma-separated list of comms modules --
each name within the list must correspond to the name of
sub-section of
HKEY_CURRENT_USER:Software/Carapace/Communications/Modules

In addition, any other attributes within the Stack section are taken to be properties of the stack and as such are applied to the stack once it is built. These properties are applied to the stack before any property configured in the Service section.
