The Carapace Application Tracker (CAT) supports the management of job applications to your organisation, from the initial receipt of the CV through to the successful candidate's first day.
For rapidly growing companies, the management of the many incoming job applications requires effective computer support. The CAT provides a core set of effective features to support your recruitment team. In addition, the CAT is highly extensible so that future needs can be met as well as current ones. For example, the CAT can be integrated with an HR management information system.
The CAT is accessed across your network using a standard web browser. Also, the CAT uses email to notify interviewers of pending interviews. If required, the CAT can be accessed across the Internet -- useful if you have many offices which are involved in the recruitment process.
