Integration with MS Outlook

The CAT can store interviewer and room availability information published from MS Outlook. The calendar facility within a person's MS Outlook holds the times when the person is busy. MS Outlook can be configured to publish this information. CAT can receive this published data and use it to search for joint availability of interviewers with an interview room.

Consider the following example:

  1. The hostname of the machine running CAT is cat.mycompany.com
  2. The user we are configuring is called Fred.Flintstone

CAT Configuration

When configuring this user within the CAT we assign him an MS Outlook name of Fred.Flintstone
