Carapace

Basic Configuration

The CAT contains the following configurable tables.

interview types list of interview types and the typical order in which the interviews are conducted
rooms the list of rooms used for interviews
job types the list of job types on offer -- each job type has an associated email address so that applications for a given job type are mailed to the corresponding address
job specifications each job type can have a document associated with it to describe the job -- this job specification can be a Microsoft Word document, an HTML one etc.

If a job specification is stored about a given job, it is mailed as an attachment to an interviewer along with the applicant's CV when an interview is arranged.

titles the list of titles for applicants e.g. Mr, Mrs etc.
