Arranging an Interview
Summary
The actions taken at this stage are:

Select the interviewers and interview room for this candidate. The room is chosen
from the configured list of rooms. Similarly, the interviewers are chosen from
the list of people registered for interviewing the identified best-fit job for
the candidate.

Determine the availability of the interviewers and room -- the CAT
can receive availability information published from the Microsoft Outlook Calendar. A
search mechanism is supplied to check for joint availability of a room and a
selection of interviewers.
Detail
Once the interviewers and room have been selected the interview details are sent by
email to all the interviewers to inform them of the interview. The CV of the applicant
is included as a mail attachment.
When the interview has been completed, the results are recorded
within the CAT.
