The CAT stores information about advertisers since it is useful to be able to report on how many applications came in as a result of a given job advert. An advert is always associated with a given advertiser.
The following information is stored about advertisers.

| contact name | name of a contact at the advertiser |
| contact email | email address of the contact -- whenever this is displayed in the
web user interface, it is presented as a mailto link
so that clicking the address will start your default mail program
