The following tasks can be performed from the administration menu.
When an application is processed by the CAT it is assigned to a handler. For example, the CAT may be configured so that all sales jobs are handled by Sally. It may be desired to change the handler for an application -- for example, Sally may be junior and so if a complex sales offer is needed these may be dealt with by Salvatore.
The status of an application is very important -- there is a big difference between a rejected application to one requiring an offer! If a handler makes a mistake and incorrectly assigns a status to an application it will be necessary to reset the application status.
The details held about an applicant may require changing. For example, an applicant may be moving house during the interview process and so require their address be changed.
